Son is 34-years old, non-binary, leaning trans-female, introverted extrovert, licensed hairstylist & esthetician, studio @ home, works odd jobs/hours, loves music (pop, rap), dancing, silks & yoga, laid back & easy going. Loves walking/hiking with his dog, SUP/all things water, travel (Bali is a favorite). Air fryer & microwave are his besties. For Rent: Primary bedroom (furnished) with full bed, private bath, walk-in tiled shower & closet. Shared Space: large living room with French doors leads to a large deck & fenced-in side yard. Nice kitchen with commercial Wolf stove/oven/griddle. All SS appliances. Washer & dryer in main bath. Large storage unit available for extra $50/mo. Plenty of parking. Pets: have one small dog & 2 indoor/outdoor cats. One small dog will be considered (with $250 deposit) if it gets along with Orbit. Smoking & Such: Inside is vape only. No illegal drugs or excessive alcohol. No unplanned parties. No live-ins. House is clean but not OCD about it. LQBTQ+ friendly & supportive a MUST. Must be liberal & open minded.
