We are looking for a working professionals who are clean and tidy, and who do not use drugs or alcohol. Partially furnished with twin size bed setup with newer mattress. Rent is $750 per month. ( utilities will split by 3 person probably around $70/ month for each) Refundable security deposit = $750 Nonrefundable cleaning fee= $150. Background check =$40 Total move in is $1,690 The kitchen, living room, and dining room are shared and furnished.
