I am the homeowner. I have recently installed tile floor throughout the house. The guest bathroom is remodeled and is shared with the two rooms available. Kitchen is nearly remodeled, just waiting to finish backsplash. Kitchen/dining room/living room is shared. Washer/dryer on. I live in the house and work from home. I have whole-home AC/furnace HVAC. Looking for someone mellow. I dont party or have lots of people over. Cats are allowed but dogs are not. Currently one room a bed frame in it and the other room has my work desk in it. These will be removed if you get a room. I prefer Christian roommates.
