Looking to Split a 2/2 in PBG

I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2/2 because a 1/1 is more than I’d like to spend on my own! My current lease ends at the end of November so I’m looking to have a new place a couple weeks prior. Ideally I’ve been looking at Mira Flores apartments because of its location and its proximity to 95 so I can drive south to work and go just across the street to Life Time to work out. Their base rent seems to be around $2500-2700 which would be split along with utilities etc. I work 7:30-4pm with 1-2 remote days each week, and when I’m home I’m pretty quiet since my job is fairly social all day. I have a 9 year old mini Australian shepherd named Levi, he doesn’t really like other dogs but he warms up to friends fairly quickly. I also have a good amount of furniture and kitchen/home items I’d be bringing to the apartment. If any of this sounds like a match, let me know!
