I’m looking for a roommate for a private, fully furnished bedroom in my 2 bed / 2 bath condo in Wheat Ridge Location: Wheat Ridge (W 49th Ave) — 10 - 15 minute drive to Mines/Golden Private bedroom Private bathroom Fully furnished condo (bedroom included) No pets or smoking Parking available Move-in: September 1st Rent: $975/month + utilities (~$50-$70/month) The condo is newly remodeled and is located in a quiet, convenient area and includes a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry. The available bedroom and private bathroom would be exclusively yours, while the common areas would be shared.
I’m currently a student at Mines and am looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate.
