Roomate needed for 3bed 1bath house

****Rent included in price, utilities aren't but that is also split! Hello everyone!! Is anyone looking to move some time late October/early November for $750 a month? I am a co tenant of this house rental in Huntsville located around the botanical gardens in a good neighborhood. I am trying to move out early because I would like my own place since him and I are no longer dating. So it is my responsibility to find someone to move in! So about the house, its an older 3bed 1&1/2bath but renovated (the kicthen mainly) with a carport, back porch, fenced in back yard, central heating and air, a grill, water hose, and large outdoor shed. It's pretty cozy and will be mostly furnished all throughout except for your bedroom. Your roommate is Grant Wimberly, and he has one dog. She is super sweet just very energetic, (55lbs) but is not mean. One other pet can be brought with you as long as the pets would not be miserable.
