2 rooms for rent

Hey everyone, I currently own a 4/2 house. I’m living in my home while also currently renting to two people. Once I move there will be two empty rooms left. I’m moving out of my house soon to another house and wanted to rent out the entire house. So I’m looking for two people to add to the lease for when I move. The bills included in the rent is (Electric, WiFi, & all the appliances for the kitchen). It’s two guys living here and they are super chill and laid back, they never give issues and you barely see them during the day. Please message me if interested. Looking for clean responsible people I can trust who is easy going and doesn’t mind roommates. Very nice quiet neighborhood, Shopping plazas, restaurants, everything you need is within a 2 miles radius. Any questions feel free to ask
