I’m looking for 1 or 2 people to join me in signing a lease on a 3-bed, 2-bath duplex in southern University City on 9/[REDACTED] lived here for the past 2 years; my housemates from those 2 years are moving to other spots). Rent: $3400/mo (the landlady hasn’t raise the rent in two years, and has not indicated she plans to do so) Amenities: AC, washer/dryer, garage, community pool and tennis courts! Hardline: the Landlady does not allow pets on the lease Ideally looking to split the rent down the middle ($1700 a person), but also totally ok with two housemates to make the overall monthly rent split cheaper!
I am an archaeologist and runner in my early 30s, working remotely from home when I am not out in the field. I generally enjoy being physically active and hanging out with my friends when not working!!
