Our household has two reserved, non-gated parking spaces located behind the building. The two spaces are shared among the four roommates, so we rotate access and communicate about who needs a space. The arrangement has worked well for us, but the available bedroom does not come with its own permanently assigned parking 🐈 CAT HOUSEHOLD
One indoor cat will be living in the apartment, so the new roommate must be comfortable sharing the home with a cat. No additional household pets, please. 🧼 ABOUT THE HOUSEHOLD
Two of us work in healthcare and one works in retail. We’re quiet, respectful and generally keep a clean, peaceful home. We use a rotating weekly cleaning schedule, with each roommate taking a turn deep-cleaning the shared areas. We also rotate purchasing shared household paper products so that the responsibility and expense are distributed fairly. Our guest policy is fairly relaxed.
