• • SHARED: Coordinated use of the main kitchen and laundry facilities.

• • The Owner: Laid-back, friendly retiree who loves travel, DIY projects, gardening, and quiet time in a clean, nicely appointed space.
• • The Mascot: Super-sweet, lazy 12-year-old bulldog who loves food and lounging. He has his own space and is friendly with people and dogs.
• • *IDEAL OCCUPANT & HOUSE RULES
• • The Fit: Responsible, clean, tidy, quiet professional (W2 employed) with good credit, background check, and references.
• • Pet Policy: Small, non-shedding, well-mannered dog is welcome.
• • Rules: Clear communication, mutual respect, cleanliness. No smoking, vaping on patio only, no drugs. Good steward of house and utilities.
• • Guest Policy: Single occupancy. No unapproved guests, no parties.
• • Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 6 AM.
