It's a clean, well-kept place. $1075 + $1075 deposit with everything included (internet & utilities). We are 3 chill guys. I'm a professional who works from home. My brother and the other roommate are 9-5 working professionals. You will be sharing the restroom with the other roommates. Chores:
The only real chore is taking out the trash, which we alternate, and cleaning up after ourselves in the common area. You’ll have your own drying rack and storage space to help organize things.
