Hi there! I'm looking for someone to take the primary suite/bedroom in my 2 bed/2 bath Falls Church apartment. Rent is $1450 for the unfurnished room which includes a (large) private bathroom and walk-in closet. Utilities run about $100-160/month. The apartment is a large corner unit with a washer/dryer, and small balcony. Current lease runs through Aug 2027, with an option to extend. You'll be walking distance to several grocery stores and public transit (East & West Falls Church stations are about equidistant) plus restaurants, trails, parks.
