Hi! I'm a finance professional relocating to LA for a new role, looking for a room or roomie on the westside (Santa Monica, Culver City, Venice, or Mar Vista). Move-in by August 17th. I'm clean, respectful, and easygoing - I keep shared spaces tidy, communicate openly, and value a calm, friendly home. Outside of work I'm into fitness, run clubs, music, and going to the beach, so I'm often out and about, but at the end of the day I'd love someone to watch stupid reality shows with. I'd love to be friends with whoever I room with, not just split rent. I'd also love to get a cat at some point, so ideally someone who's cat-friendly.
