ADU Furnished Studio w/Utilities

"Fully furnished studio fully contained with seperate private entry, approximately 500 sq. ft. Utilities ARE included (water, sewer, garbage, elect (this is all shared with the main house))We can remove the furniture if you wish to have your own. We offer internet, but it is not guaranteed due to the unit's distance from our main house. The unit is attached to the outside wall of our garage, so you do not share any walls with the main house. The laundry is located on our sun porch, and we can schedule one day a week for your use. one off street parking space is including and NO smoking on the property except in the front of the house. One small dog will be considered with an additional pet deposit and small monthly rent fee. Background will be done and must pass. Must respect visitor policies. 6 Month lease and must have income 2.5x the rent.
