I’m looking for a roommate by August 31 for a month-to-month arrangement. The apartment is located off 620 in the Lakeway/Bee Cave area, close to the Hill Country Galleria and about 25 minutes from downtown Austin. About Me I’m a mature professional, educator, writer/author, artist, and musician. I have a PhD and work as a clinical nutritionist and biochemical analyst, primarily from home. I enjoy intelligent conversation, have a good sense of humor, and like a reasonably healthy lifestyle. I’m friendly and social, but I also value quiet time and personal space. I’m neat without being obsessive, definitely not a fan of clutter, a non-smoker, and a social drinker. I’m spiritual but not religious and politically liberal, so I’d prefer someone who is comfortable sharing a home with someone whose views may or may not be the same as their own. And then there are Salvador and Dali, my two very sweet young twin-brother cats. They mostly hang out with me and are surprisingly respectful of personal space, considering they are cats and therefore technically believe they own the apartment. I’m looking for someone mature, responsible, considerate, clean, financially reliable, and comfortable with cats who wants a pleasant home rather than just a room to sleep in.
