Quiet, Full-Time Pro w/ Indoor Cat

I’m a 27-year-old professional working full-time in Orange. I bring in a stable $4,000/month before taxes and keep a very predictable schedule. Honestly, between my work hours and life, I'm rarely home except to sleep. I’m open to places all over SoCal (Chino, IE, OC, etc.) as long as it’s within roughly 30 miles of Orange. I ride a motorcycle, but it has a quiet stock exhaust. Out of respect for neighbors and housemates, I roll it away from the property before starting it up to make sure I don't wake anyone. I have one incredibly sweet, quiet cat. She has always lived exclusively in my bedroom, and she will stay strictly in my room here too, you won't have to worry about her in the common areas at all.
