Laid-Back Professional Roommate

Hi, I am looking for a room to rent - or roommates with whom to do so - in the Seattle area - Capitol Hil, Central District, Columbia City, Wallingford, or Fremont. My budget is $800 and I’m hoping for beginning of August. I'm pretty laid-back, easy to get along with, and believe in being a good housemate. I do my share of the household stuff such as dishes, helping keep common areas tidy, etc. so that nobody has to play the role of house parent. I'm kind of a mix between a homebody and someone who enjoys getting out and doing things. During the week I'm usually focused on work, studying, or just recharging, so I'm generally on the quieter side. That said, I'm always down to chat in the kitchen, share a meal, grab a drink, or hang out when it happens naturally. Non-smoker myself but I don’t care if you do. I'm looking for a place with good vibes, mutual respect, and people who are considerate of each other's space. If that sounds like your kind of living situation, I'd love to connect!
