I am currently looking for a clean responsible roommate for my house in Penbrook. I am asking 850 a month all utilities included. No cats or dogs. I am a private and the owner can be month to month lease with no yearly commitment. I have 2 rooms available. A second floor bedroom with 2 doors and a pass through closet and a 3rd floor freshly renovated room with new carpet and recessed lighting with a dimmer switch. Heating is hydronic water fed baseboard heat using natural gas and cooling is window units. The 2nd floor has a thermostat the 3rd floor does not and uses electric baseboard heating. The location is conveniently between union deposit and Jonestown road with quick easy access to highway 283. The neighborhood and neighbors are nice. I havent had any issues with anyone. Pictures were just taken before this post and is the current situation of the house. Shared kitchen bath and living room. It does have an additional half bathroom not pictured. It is street parking. Will not accept anyone with violent crimes or stealing on their record. A little about me. 32, work a first shift schedule, and like to play video games, ride motorcycles, and fish. easy to get along with and respectful. All door also have locks but not keyed locks.
