Hi! I’m looking for an entire place to rent in San Diego. I’m a responsible, clean, and respectful renter looking for a safe and comfortable place to live. My parents will be helping with rent, so payment will be reliable and consistent. I’m hoping to find something reasonably priced, preferably a studio, guest house/ADU, or small one-bedroom. I’m quiet, respectful of neighbors, and would take good care of the home. I’m open to different areas in San Diego and would love to learn more about any available rentals that may be a good fit.
