🏡 Room for Rent – Available July 1st 🏡 Private bedroom available in a shared house beginning July 1st for $650/month, with all utilities included. The room is on the smaller side, but the home has plenty of shared space, including a large kitchen, comfortable living room, spacious backyard, and shared bathroom. There may also be garage/storage space available depending on your needs. The home also includes an in-unit washer and dryer available for all roommates to use. You'll be living with two roommates (one male and one female), both working adults in their 30s. One roommate is rarely home, and the other stays pretty busy with work, school, and other commitments. Overall, it's a quiet, respectful, and easygoing household. There is also one friendly black Lab mix living in the home. Looking for: • One responsible adult roommate
