🌿 Private Furnished Room for Rent – Short Term 🌿 Available from July 12th until August 2nd, with the possibility of extending for a few extra days. We are looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going person (or couple) to share our fully furnished granny flat. ✨ Private room includes:
• Wardrobe
• Desk for studying or working from home
• Single bed with an additional pull-out mattress that can be converted into a queen-size bed 🏡 Home features:
• Fully furnished home
• Shared bathroom
• Quiet and peaceful environment
• Street parking available 📍 Excellent location:
• Bus stop right on the corner of the street
• Train station only a 13-minute walk away
• Shopping centre with supermarkets, cafés and other amenities nearby
• Approximately 30 minutes to the City by bus 🐱 The house is home to two very loving cats, so unfortunately no additional pets are allowed. 🚭 No smokers
🎉 No parties The house will be shared with my husband on some days. Due to his work, he occasionally travels and may not always be home. During my absence, and whenever my husband is away, a trusted friend will stop by regularly to check on and feed the cats, ensuring everything is running smoothly. We are looking for someone who appreciates a calm, clean and respectful home. 💲$300 per week for one person.
