Looking For A Private Room

I am a pre-nursing student, no pets, quiet and mostly studying, work as a behavioral therapist for children with autism, also a non-smoker and only a light drinker, looking for a private room and preferably a private bath, only comfortable with female roommates or co-ed with at least another female roommate, ideally looking to share a 2-bed, 2-bath with another woman, but open to other arrangements or more roommates. I want to be able to comfortably use the kitchen and shared areas so no family homes just houses with equal roommates. My budget is 1200 + utilities, or 1400 if utilities are included.
