Our current roommate is moving out, and we need someone to sign onto the lease by June 15, with a move-in starting in August. We have a shared kitchen, living area, balcony, and bathroom. Rent is $600/month, plus shared utilities. About us!: We’re two females in our 20’s that keep a friendly and comfortable home environment! My roommate also has 2 female cats that are very sweet.
