My girlfriend and I are breaking up and I’m helping her find a FEMALE renter. She is renting one of the rooms in the apartment. You will have your own walk in closet and bathroom. You two will half the rent, SRP and Wi-fi cost monthly. Rent is $2085 each month plus utilities and tax. She has a doberman who’s 4 months old; unfortunately, she can not allow another pet. She does WFH and usually out on the weekends. She keeps to herself and is very clean and independent. She is looking for a professional who’s also clean and respectful.
