Furnished Bedroom in UES Walk-Up

The location is 1437 1st Avenue.The apartment is floors up, and there's no elevator, so sadly it's not accessible to those who require mobility accommodations. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a closet, and shelves. There is a box fan, and AC in the common area, but no in-room air conditioning. I live here too! I've lived in this apartment since 2015 and I'm really proud of the work I've done to make the place accommodating. I sleep in a room on the opposite end of the apartment from the one you would be occupying. I tend to be active between 7am-10pm, and very seldom have guests -- and when I do, we tend to stay in my room. I'd ask that you try not too make too much noise after 10pm, and to have guests over at most once/week. The kitchen has plates, silverware, and cooking implements such as pans, the stove, a microwave, tea kettle, coffee grinder, moka pot, and toaster oven that you are free to use. There are some things in the kitchen that I ask you not use. You shouldn't need to bring anything to the kitchen other than the food you plan to eat
