THE HOUSE: Fully renovated with brand new bathrooms, flooring, and fixtures. Central Heating. Furnished living room, stocked kitchen, coin-operated laundry, and extra storage in the basement. THE ROOM: Large, newly renovated bedroom with 2 windows and plenty of natural sunlight, mirrored closet, ceiling fan & lights, hanging pendent light, nook area, central heating, and its own lock/key. THE RENT: Annual lease for $750/mo. Monthly option available for a slight. One month deposit and $300 move-in fee. Last months’ rent needed for annual lease only. THE UTILITIES: $175/mo covers all Gas, Water, Electric, Wi-Fi, and Monthly Housekeeping. THE HOUSEMATES: Everyone is a working professional. We keep the home clean, quiet, and respectful.
