Hi everyone! I’m an incoming master’s student coming to Chicago for Fall 2026, and I’m looking for a studio or 1B/1B lease takeover/sublease starting around July 20, 2026.
My preferred area is Streeterville, but I’m also open to nearby neighborhoods such as River North, Gold Coast, Lakeshore East, or the Loop if the location is convenient. Looking for:
Move-in: around 7/20/2026
Location: Streeterville preferred
Type: studio or 1B/1B
Lease type: lease takeover / sublease
Budget: ideally $1,800–$2,300/month, max $2,500/month
Would like to know the parking price
