Looking for a student to sublease my studio at the Continuum for the month of July and then re-let for the later months. -Rent: base is $1195 and around $1310-1350 after everything -Comes fully furnished with in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher -Garage lot parking, Free printing services -All utilities covered with wifi except electricity -Located downtown and close to restaurants and publix -From 7/1- 7/26 and then re-let (can move in end of June if needed)
