We only have three strict rules here.. 1. Be polite, and respectful of others and their privacy. 2. Absolutely no smoking on the premises.... Vaping allowed outside. 3. No pets or 455holes. Property is in Farmers Branch on 1/3 of an acre situated on a cul-de-sac so very little traffic, extremely quiet neighborhood. Furnished or unfurnished.
