I work full-time (construction/glazing industry), early schedule M-F, keep things clean but by no means a neat freak. I have a chill, like to laugh personality. Looking for someone similar—responsible, drama-free, and pays rent on time. I go to the gym most every day, I’m into cars and motorcycles, I’m a math nerd, almost done with my undergrad for mechanical engineering, also like good food nice restaurants outdoor stuff, hiking and sharing ideas. Rent:

Utilities: split light bill and WiFi Only. Most expensive light bill thus far has been $101 therefore most you’d pay for light is $50.50 Requirements:

- No smoking inside but outside is okay
