I have a room to rent in Manitou Springs! Located in a quiet little neighborhood off of Crystal Park Road- one block away from Flying Pig Farm, a couple of blocks from the Manitou Rec Center. Single room in a small shared house (two bedroom, one bath, with a basement for storage and a fenced in back yard). I have a cat, would prefer no new pets in the house. 900/month, plus utilities (split down the middle on a monthly basis) I’m farm manager and musician, typically early to bed and early to rise. Generally clean, tidy, and quiet, aside from the occasional band practice and a long list of perennially ongoing house projects (I bought the house two years ago and am slowly fixing it up). Looking for a likeminded housemate.
