The room is 8.75 ft X 13.50 ft @ 118 Sq ft Furnished with a new queen size bed & bedding, dresser with 2 night stands, 43 TV on wall with all apps included Netflix, DIRECTV Stream, Prime Video, Paramount Plus, Showtime, HBO Max, etc… Also has it’s on balcony. Closet is 3 X 4.50 feet with shared bathroom. This is a town home. We also have a gated community pool & Jacuzzi with key entry only. Also tennis courts directly in front. Washer & dryer inside unit. Large patio with bar b Que grill umbrella’s & chairs at property entrance for entertaining guest. keep in mind we have HOA, so outside quite time is around 11:59pm and just an FYI please no often overnight guest unless it’s an emergency situation. Move in will be 6 month minimum to a 1 year lease agreement plus $100 deposit. Month-to-month will require $950.00 first month plus $950 deposit. Garage parking in unit is an additional $50 per month I’m currently renovating the kitchen new flooring and cabinets.
