This room, located in Corona Home Gardens is available for $850. Utilities vary once a month and are split evenly. Shared spaces include living room, kitchen and in house washer and dryer. AC unit is available in house. Parking is available. We request the outside restroom is available to all tenants however you are more than welcome to use the space for your things. Looking for a female roommate that is between 22-29 years of age. 3 other professionals live upstairs and there is one room on the bottom floor! We are 4/20 friendly but kindly request outside only. Our roommate upstairs has 2 cats who like to come down to visit every once in a while. So must be okay with the kitties! Looking for someone responsible, and respectful. No other pets are allowed. All furniture will be removed. Move in date is May 1st
