Lease Takeover!

Hello! I am looking to someone to take over my lease starting Mid May to the end of July! The apartment is 4 beds, 4 baths, and each room has its own private bathroom. Laundry is in unit, and there is a gym, tanning bed, business center, and a pool on. Aside from the rent, you would only need to pay for electricity! The apartment is fully furnished and move in ready! There will be 2 girls in the apartment over the summer, so females are preferred.
