The space is really special - it’s a top-floor apartment with a huge wraparound balcony and views of both the ocean and the canal. It has a calm, cozy energy and feels more like a retreat than a typical Miami apartment. You’d be living with one other roommate (26, female), who is very kind, respectful, and works as an overnight vet tech - so the environment stays quiet and easygoing. Rent is $2300/month (utilities included). The room is available May 1, with some flexibility for the right fit.
