Hi, I’m Andrija (41), a Project Specialist working through JKS (Fujifilm expansion). I am looking for a peaceful, stable room in Copenhagen for May 1st. My Lifestyle:
I work a 14:00–22:00 shift, making me a 'ghost tenant.' I’m out all afternoon/evening and prioritize rest and a quiet home when I return. I’m a non-smoker (indoors), organized, and highly respectful of house boundaries. About Luna:
My companion is Luna, a 10-year-old senior dog. She is exceptionally calm, quiet, and spends almost her entire day sleeping. She is fully house-trained and essentially a therapy dog soul. What I need:
Move-in: May 1st.
Access: Ground floor or building with an elevator (for Luna’s senior joints).
Legality: I require a legal rental with CPR registration.
