• $800/month (includes ALL utilities + internet)
• Month-to-month lease
• First + last month required
• Available April 1 ✨ The home vibe: Clean, comfortable, and easygoing. Not a party house, but we enjoy having fun and being social while still respecting each other’s space. 💁♀️ About us: We’re looking for someone who fits well into the home...someone fun, respectful, and easy to live with. 🙋♀️ Looking for:
• Female (early 20s–mid 30s)
• Clean and considerate in shared spaces
• Stable income
• No pets
• Good communicator & drama-free 📍 Location Perks:
