There is only 1 other female living in the 2-bedroom apartment, along with her precious cat, Lily. This is a 6-month lease, then the lease will become month to month, should you decide to stay! You will need to fill out an application through the property management. No need for a deposit, you will just take over rent once you are ready to move in!
