Welcome to your new home! You just found the bedroom you have been looking for. Quiet co-ed apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has 1 bedroom available for rent. The Single Room with the co-ed shared bathroom, cost $800 and includes all apartment bills, plus pool access AND monthly cleaning service to all common areas of the apartment – our place is very well kept and tranquil, and we look for a new roommate with similar qualities. The room is 12x14. It has a closet space of 5x3, plus a separate built-in bookshelf in the room. This bedroom is currently empty. Bed and mattress could be arranged (available for rent $100.00 monthly).
We’ve spacious bedrooms and kitchen pantry space for each tenant and the usual common areas. The location of the apartment is hard to beat, in Merrifield we are a 5-minute walk away from Inova Fairfax Hospital. Tysons Corner Mall, half mile away, 17min. from DC, plus, a bus stop within walking distance!
The room is available for those who are currently verifiably employed. We will run a background check on new housemates for the safety of all housemates. Your rent covers all electric, water, wi-fi, and gas bills. The house is free of drama, drugs, smoking, and parties. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible. All persons are welcomed to apply for the rental.
