Own queen bed, must provide ur own sheet blanket and pillow, also provide ur own food
Also u have access to the kitchen and bathroom area and u can use the washer and dryer just as long as you don't leave dishes downstairs and clean after yourself and also provide your own laundry detergent and food there is a mini fridge in the room and freezer space upstairs in the kitchen fridge everything including wifi, electric, water, sewer, gas, you will share the basement with my cousin in law but u will have privacy bc there are two individuals rooms in the basement we have dogs so no more animals
We are 420 friendly
$600 a monthly
I would need to run a background check so the fee is required before u move in to see if u qualify it's $40
