TEXT. Private unfurnished bedroom available in a 2-bedroom, 2nd floor apartment in the River Reach community. About the place:
• Quiet apartment community
• Cats already in the home (no additional pets allowed)
• Shared kitchen and living space
• Parking available (designated space can be purchased through the leasing office)
• Much of the apartment is still being furnished — you're welcome to bring furniture for shared areas About the roommate I’m looking for:
• Women only
• LGBTQ+ more than welcome
• Must have stable income / proof of income
• Fluent in English for clear communication
• Comfortable with dogs and cats
• Clean and respectful of shared spaces
• Guests are fine with advance notice
• Noise levels should remain respectful of neighbors I work 8–5 and may occasionally work late, so occasional help feeding pets is appreciated but not required. Costs:
• Application /Background Check: $25
• Rent: $ 1,000/month
• Electric: about $45/month (split 50/50)
