We are a laid-back, LGBTQ+ household (Gay Dad and adult Lesbian daughter) looking for a reliable roommate. We have two dogs, an 80lb Bernedoodle and a 20lb Multipoo, so you gotta love dogs. We keep a respectful, inclusive environment and are looking for someone who fits that energy. The Room Options (Pick One): Option 1: The Master Suite ($2,000/mo) – Large master bedroom with a private, full ensuite bathroom. Best for someone who wants total privacy. Option 2: The Cozy Room ($1,500/mo) – 10x10 bedroom that shares the main bathroom with the male in the home. The Apartment:
Full access to common areas and kitchen. Located in Marion (Jersey City) 15 minute walk to the Journal Square PATH Station for NYC commuters. The Details: Utilities: Electric, Water, Trash, and Basic Internet included. Move-in: Available March 22
