Looking for Roommate: Logan Square

I have an opportunity to move into this apartment that is being offered to me before going on market. It is a fantastic place but I need to find a roommate! I am looking to move around May 1st. (2026) it is an option to move in slightly earlier, or a month later! Not a corporate landlord- I was put in contact with the owners personally. Basics: 2nd Floor apartment @ Drake and Schubert Ave. Close to Blue line and right in Logan Square! Big west facing windows for lots of light, and windows facing south as well.
Rent: 1250 per person if split evenly including utilities (-Gas) Recently redone new appliances, two car garage INCLUDED. Also included is a whole basement (unfinished) to do whatever in About Me:
I am 24, I work in furniture design and fabrication and right now I work basically 9-5.
I am not single, I like inviting people over, and I don't have any pets right now but I would have a cat or reptile if I could.
The apartment has a lot of storage space and the entire basement, garage and porch so I am looking for someone who would take advantage of this as well to work in various projects, etc.
Some of my activities / whereabouts include cycling, various music and event production activities, local makerspace involvement, electronics, gaming, and lots of cooking!
