Looking for a roommate to occupy my second room at Pebble Creek apartments near Golf Links and Kolb. The rent is $620 each plus 1/2 TEP and $38 for internet. Here, they have a pool, a gym, a playground for kids, 2 laundry mats (3 washers and dryers per), and a strong sense of community. Also, the complex is walking distance to a Walmart, Frys, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Lil Caesars, Eegees, UPS, H&R, Discount Tire, AutoZone, and much much more. The apartment sits at the front of the complex and is a rare hybrid of carpet, wood, and tile flooring. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are fully furnished though they do have room for more if needed. I also have an extra loft bed that currently sits in the extra room. Hi, my name is Aaron! I am the other resident of the apartment. I work a full-time job, own all of the furniture previously mentioned, and have a vivacious and fun-loving personality! I am very respectful of the wants and needs of my roommates and believe communication to be very important! I have been told I'm easy to talk to, very understanding, clean, and give off "good vibes". I've been at this apartment for 2 years and counting and continue to enjoy it. I enjoy meeting new faces and find it a pleasure to meet you! Requirements:
Have a job (or a recordable/reliable income)
No previous evictions on record
No pets (negotiable)
Bare minimal Communication skills (just keep me in the loop if something happens)
No felonies
