Location.. Location.. Location… Just minutes away from the Historical Village of Winter Park… The downtown area has retained a small-town feel featuring Park Avenue and Central Park. The heart of the Village features treelined cobblestone road, upscale shopping, art galleries, museums, cafes, award winning restaurants and fine dining. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Saturday Morning Farmers Market, the festivals, free concerts such as the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra. The Winter Park Golf Course offers a challenging 9-hole course with firm, true greens and a historic old-school feel. $26 a round for Florida residents for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during peak! What a treat! There is also a Craftsman-Style Train Station just steps away from Central Park. The station serves as a hub for SunRail, a regional commuter rail line, and Amtrak, which offers intercity travel for long distant travel. I took the train to downtown Tampa to watch a Lightning game. So much fun, and quite the adventure! The home is a bungalow, which was built over 75 years ago. Has maintained its’ original charm.
