Like the title says, my previous roommate is moving out and looking to fill the other room. a 26yo Male, gamer, laid back, just needing help in bills so dont care about gender, age, etc, but if we vibe even better. It's a small condo though so no couples unless you're willing to pay more. All utilities included, no deposit required, month to month preferred, we can talk about lease but fine with a DBAA type of thing.
