We are looking to transfer our lease at the Monty Apartments in North Charleston (between Park Circle and Tanger) that goes until August 1st. Transfer date would be ASAP. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1089 sq/ft apartment. Rent is $2,066. If you were to decide to stay longer and sign anther lease, you would be given a “current renter” discount on a new lease vs. the market rate that new comers receive. It is an awesome complex and convenient location by both major highways; we are only moving because we bought a house. It is also pet friendly with a dog park. They hold fun events in the common rooms, the pool deck is very nice, and the gym is great, including a HIIT room.
