Spare Bedroom for rent!

Read the about me section for contact information!! Spare bedroom available immediately. Video and pictures available upon request! Hi, my name is Chris and I am renting out my spare bedroom! I am in my twenties and work full time. I enjoy outdoor activities, hanging out with friends and nights in chilling out watching movies, playing the guitar and having a glass of wine on occasion. I do not party much but I do go out every once in a while! I am fairly new to San Diego so I haven’t explored too much. I stay in a two bedroom one bath apartment and I am looking to rent out my spare room that is not in use! I have a very chill personality and get along with just about everyone! I am looking for a cool roommate and I do not have a preference on whether that is another man or a woman. I can be very out going and wanting to hangout and also good at keeping to myself if that is your preference! I stay 10 minutes from downtown, SDSU, and about 15 minutes from all of the beaches. Shopping is literally directly across the street and so are many local bars and food spots. The complex is very quiet so if you work from home it’s great, there are only 19 units in the complex and everyone really does their own thing. I’m looking to move someone in as soon as possible and I would love to talk more and give you more details about the house upon request! I look forward to meeting you! I have an extra bed currently in the spare room and a tv if you need it! If not, I can take them out of there. The rest of my home is already furnished!
