You don’t need to be a student If you make three times the rent. Female roommates only. no smoking indoors. it is a lease violation. You will be evicted. We do keep it clean, few guests and noise down. There is a $300 deposit, a background check, and if you’re over 26 and not a student credit check but not a hard pull.
