Shared access to kitchen and bathroom. Living room is reserved for primary tenant use. On paid laundry is available and typically easy to access.

Conveniently located near Lakewood Mall, major freeways, bus lines, restaurants, Walmart, and grocery stores (many within walking distance). Less than 3 miles from Long Beach Airport.

House Guidelines:
